As there is not much difference between your rank and the cutoff rank for BIET,  we can expect this much fall in cutoff in second round.  But this is something we can not be sure about,  as it depends upon the number of seats filled in the first round.  If,  less seats got filled in the first round,  the cutoffs will see a huge fall and vice versa. But just hope for the best to happen.
