Hey Harshdeep!
GPAT is an exam conducted by National Testing Agency to take admission in MPharm programmes. The cutoffs for various categories for this year of can be seen in the following article: https://pharmacy.careers360.com/articles/gpat-cutoff If you have not crossed the cut-off this score can not help you in getting an admit in government colleges.
But it can help you get an admit in some private colleges for the same course.
