As per the information available online, for Different Delhi or Haryana Police services, the height requirement for Male candidate is a minimum of 170 cm and 165 cm for Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to North Eastern areas, Kashmir and Leh Ladakh regions of J&K, Candidates belonging to ST Category and ExSM.

For female candidates 157 CMS for General Category and there is a relaxation of  5 cm for residents of Hill Area, SC/ST, daughters of serving/retired/deceased of Delhi Police Personnel.
