Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhagalpur is quite a new set up. In 2017, IIIT Bhagalpur was established. So the first batch is yet to be placed. Coming faculties and facilities, all the professors are highly qualified and skilled and the Institute offers all the facilities properly like separate hostels for boys and girls, library, well maintained laboratories etc. But the placements are not yet up to the mark. This Institute has MoU with well known IT firms like TCS , Beltron and eligible students are placed in these companies. This college is in development phase but many companies will be recruiting in near future as the training and placement cell is helping in that.
