Qualifying marks are based on your caste reservation. If you are SC/ST then you need 40%, similarly for OBC and other remaining caste needs 50% to get qualified for ICAR AIEEA. However with the SC rank of 7834 and the overall rank of 74013,the chances of getting a seat in the government college for agriculture is very low. You may rather definitely  try for private colleges which can be possible enough. Hoping for the best. For more information refer to
