Hey! Hi Rakesh.
See, Top 20 percentile is just the Eligibility to get into the prestigious IIT's and NIT's and is not a ranking criteria at all.
Just be sure that you have 75% in your 10+2 exam or you are in the top 20 percentile of your board.

My rank Jee mains 25k (obc) .may I get any nit college? I am not qualified Jee advanced .may I get any IIT or nit on the basis of top 20 percentile marks?490(Ap) marks
