Admission in IITs is through JEE Advance as you know. Now in IITs the closing ranks varies for different institutions and also depends on the branches . Some of the IITs along with their closing rank for OBC NCL are listed below -

• IIT BHU : Civil - 2457, Electrical - 1356 , Mechanical - 1599 , Ceramic - 4380
• IIT Jammu : Civil - 3739 , Electrical - 3280 , Mechanical - 3382
• IIT Patna : Civil - 2993, Electrical - 2211, Mechanical - 2587

Since your rank is not that much good , it is unlikely that you get the top IITs. Still you will get a chance in the other IITs according to the branch wise cutoffs .
