So, according to your JEE Advance OBC-NCL rank, it's really probable that you will get into many of the top IITs. You haven't told me your home state and your subject preferences, but I'll have to tell you that with this rank, you probably won't get all the branches like CSE or IT. You can get IITs like:

Based on previous years' trend, until the maximum 4000 OBC-NCL Rank in JEE Advance examination, there is some possibility of getting admission in IITs in non-popular branches.

But, don't disappoint any take part in counseling. Hope, this year you get some sheer luck.
