See in top 5 IITs CSE branch is tad difficult as the closing rank is usually under 1000 for General category. But you can go for some other branches in top 5 IITs.

As you have mentioned that you have secured 2k rank in jee advanced and taking into consideration that you want to opt for cse branch so let me tell you that there is no possibility for you to get cse at top 5 IITs because the cut offs are very high if you are general category student.

But if you go for other streams then you surely you would get branches like instrumentation, civil, production, ocean engineering and dual degrees in IITs like Kharagpur,kanpur , delhi.
