Since you have not qualified in jee advanced for crl so you will not get any seat in open category but you st rank is 988 so I THINK YOU MIGHT JUST get admission in an iit but that is also not sure but you will get so in new iits or lower branches which might not be your preference for example biotechnology , material science etc. You might get admission in older iits like iit roorkee but branch may be lower like material science geological technology.
