Yes you have chances for getting IIT but any lower branch in lower IIT ...

Yes but with lower branches......try till last round of josaa counselling and hope for the best

i don't think so....because cutoff for dtu is very high....you can search dtu in search option and check previous years cutoff from this
for sc/st qualifying marks is 64...that's why you are not qualified
Mayan I have check last year in dtu cse for St Delhi candidate student rank is 5 lakh. as this boards are not in consideration. there will be a drastic change in cutoof or not
