Firstly, congrats for scoring so great in JEE Advanced , it's no easy task. Now, if i'm being very honest , with 160 marks you will not get Computer Science in any of the old IITs. If your priority is getting into an old IIT, then you can get branches like mechanical, chemical etc. otherwise you can get computer science in some of the new IITs.

Congratulations on such a good score , with theses marks you will most probably get a rank of around 2000-4000 and with such good rank and you can get many good branches like mechanical , civil ,electronics , chemical  in decent iit's and you can also go for old iit's in branches like biotechnology and production .
