The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) special round is for admission of all JEE Main 2019 qualified candidates in left over seats of NITs,IIITs and SFTIs after the initial rounds of counselling.
With CRL rank 179862 you will surely get a lower ranked branch in some decent government engineering college.
So as of now, be updated with the counselling and other dates.

Hello aspirant,

With this rank it will be not possible to get any good college because as you know that competition is very strong and seats are limited. You may get low rank nits like NIT Srinagar, Goa, Uttarakhand etc. only if seats remain vacant. But however you can get following colleges with your rank:

Ujjain engineering college, chemical engineering
KJ Somaiya Institute of engineering and technology
Thakur college of engineering and technology
MIT academy of engineering.
