First congratulations for having a good rank in Jee mains, for cse and IT I can say you have plenty of options to choose from you can get in Nit Agartala,  Nit durgapur,  Nit Patna,  Nit Raipur and even a few IIITS like jabalpur, Ranchi, and even nit jalandar.

You can apply for your state level government colleges as you will get the state quota which will make your admission more easier else you have to apply for private college. Keep some of the options for back up as no one can assure you that you will a government college admission.
Choose private college within your state only in which you are interested and do very smart work to show how extra ordinary you are.
