your rank is good.As per the previous year cutoffs you can get NIT Durgapur from home state qouta.You can also apply for Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Rourkela,but you may not get higher branches.If you want higher branches then you can get NITs from North-east.
