Csab is actually a special round which you will get after the seven rounds get completed in jossa .after that you can surely apply for it having some criteria of fiiling csab form as its fees is 36500 and if you will not get the seat the money will be returned but if you will get the seat you have to definitely take that without rejecting otherwise your money will too not be given back

According to your rank you must surely sit for that special round as you must get your desired seat that you want.
