According ot the percentile you have mentioned in the question, your approximate rank would be near about 78,000 and on the basis of this rank you cannot get any of the NITs until and unless you deserve Home State quota but in UP MNNIT Allahabad you can't get seat even with Home State quota as per previous year's cut-offs which you can also check out from the link given below :-

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change evry year depending upon various factors.
