As per your rank getting CSE in top NITs is not possible. 

But,  yes there are many NITs like NIT Manipur,  NIT Arunanchal Pradesh etc.  where you can easily get admission into CSE branch. 

Remember one thing,  while counselling carefully decided the priority and wait till last round, and you will surely get it.
