I got 49000 rank in jee main and OBC-NCL rank is 12000 and I want b.tech in electronics and communication.Please suggest me any possible NIT

According to your obc-ncl rank you will get NIT Nagaland,NIT Mizoram,NIT Sikkim etc from electronics and communication department .

I am saying this on the basis of previous year opening and closing ranks given in the josaa website.
