According to your , you can try for many iiit's like pune , bhagalpur , una , surat , kalyani etc , otherwise you can try for your home state and medium nit also same is the case with north eastern nit's , the cutoff is generally lesser . Some good colleges like bit mesra and pec chandigarh also participate in csab, so you can get a decent branch like production and metallurgy  , in them .

Do apply for home state counselling also as you can get some good state government engineering colleges in your state .  Hence do apply for the csab round and state government counselling and you might get a good college .

Instead for nit or iiit you can go for state college counselling their you can get college with good branch.

Also college is based on various factors like this year cut off, number of students and so on.
