As you have not mentioned yuor category I am considering it to be general.Now according to your rank it would be impossible for you to get the seat in any college under JoSSA even in CSAB special counseling.But you can try your luck by participating in state engineering counseling of your Home state or can opt private college.As you have not provide more information I can not comment on that, but you can draft new question by more information with your priority mentioned.

Hello student,

With this rank in jee mains you will definitely not get any NITs or IIITs. Also good government colleges' cutoffs is little higher and hence you can't expect a seat here. The competition is tough in jee mains exam. Cutoffs are higher, seats are less and students or applicants are more.
You can try your chances in private institutions.
Or you can take a year drop and prepare with proper dedication , discipline and hardwork.
You will surely get a better rank next and cna hope for a better college seat.
Or you can go for state level exams and get a better government or private Institute there.
