Hi govind,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits with computer science branch.

As computer science branch is one of the most sought branch in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

Even in lower nits the closing cutoff rank for cse branch is 10k to 12k.
