Since you have not mentioned your category I'm gonna answer this on a general perspective.
Based on your rank and assuming you're general category getting into GFTIs would be really tough for you but there's a slight chance you can get admission through home state quota but you won't be able to get top branches like CSE, IT.
As for JAC Chandigarh, based on last year's Cutoff and comparing it to your rank here are a few colleges you can have your chances in

• Chandigarh College of engineering and technology - B.E. in Civil, ECE, mechanical engineering.
• University institute of engineering and technology, PUSSG regional centre, Hoshiarpur - B.E. in CSE, IT , ECE, mechanical engineering.
• University institute of engineering and technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh ; B.E. in Bio technology, ECE, mechanical engineering
