First of all congratulations on your JEE rank. Aspirant sorry to say but with this rank it is impossible for you to get into any NITs as closing rank in last round for sc category is around 12,000 to 15,000 for OTHER STATE QUOTA.

Your category rank is 20000 which means your rank in Common Rank List would be over lakhs. Now you haven't mentioned the home state you belong to as the cutoffs for candidates in their home state are quite less compared to All India quota. With this rank, it might be difficult to get any good NITs or IIITs or CFTIs. If you have home state quota in any of these NITs or CFTIs you can expect a seat there- North East NITs, NIT Hamirpur, Assam University etc. Or else you can try for State Counselling for government Engineering colleges.
