On the basis of your rank and category it might be difficult to get cse branch in the Nit's but you may get other core branches like electrical and electronics communication engineering . Also you should try to nit's which are in your state you may get cse in last rounds of counselling .

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs with CSE branch as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some of the average NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Puducherry, NIT Arunachal Pradesh and likewise other institutes as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-
