First of all Congratulations for your JEE score.

You've secured a good rank and if you are planning to get admission in govt colleges for B.E./B.Tech course then you have pretty good chances of getting into NITs by seeing previous trends.

The only problem you'll face is that you will not have an active choice for colleges and you need to select for yourself that college branding and ranking is much important for you than the branch or vice versa.

On that basis, you will surely get a govt college but for top branches, you will need to compromise with college rankings.
