IIEST has its closing rank for obc-ncl around 19k to 20k. So, with this rank it would not be possible to secure a seat in IIEST Shibpur.
But you can apply for other government as well as private institutions that have a quiet good rankings. They take admissions on the basis of your Jee Score.
