To be honest it is very difficult to get a seat through josaa counselling because the cut offs are way higher. I would suggest you to apply for state level entrances like wbjee ,comedk for Bangalore colleges. There are high chances of getting a good branch in good college.
However some conditions are considered while deciding the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates, number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
