Actually with this percentile your expected rank will be about 1.3 lakhs - 1.5 lakhs in CRL and  5k-6.5k in your cateogry.

So, with this rank you have very low chances of getting any NIT but you have Andra Pradesh home state quota and therefore you can get Biotechnology there till last round. You also have slight chance of getting Civil in NIT Manipur and few courses in NIT Sikkim in spot or special round based on privious year cutoff.

But I would recommend you to prepare hard and try in JEE Mains September exam to improve your results. Even though if you don't get NIT you have chances in some GFTIs or State based Engineering Colleges and many more good options are available for you.
