With around 27000 OBC rank it wil not be possible for you to get into any NIT nor in any government college under JOSSA Nor in open State quota neither in Home state quota

As per the previous year cutoffs for Civil Engineering branch at NITs, cutoffs of all the NITs closes at 10K OBC Rank and also in Allahabad, where you have home state advantage, there also it closes under 5K for male and 11K for female candidates.

At 91.23 percentile, CRL 94k rank, OBC rank 27K, you can't get admission in Civil Engineering branch at any of the NITs.

You can get admission in state level and private engineering colleges for Civil Engineering branch.
