To get ECE /EE/ MECHANICAL AT 35000 rank in top NITS is very difficult.

You may get these branches in NITS LIKE

NIT NAGALAND
NIT SIKKIM
NIT PUUDCHERRY
NIT MIZORAM
NIT SRINAGAR
NIT MANIPUR
NIT ARUNACHAL PRADESH .

Or other lower rank NITs but not in top NITS.
