With this much general rank you can not get any nit or iiit.
Now as you belong from uttar pradesh then you can try at nit allahabad, iiit licknow or iiit Allahabad.

But still with this much rank your can not get any seat in any branch in jossa all rounds counseling even with your obc category rank. But at csab round there might be a chance for you to get these if the seat remains vacant.
And in other states there is no chance for you to get nits or iiits.

But, as per your rank you can get easily get other good colleges like HBTU KANPUR ( which is a government college ) and other private institutions, like kalinga institute of industrial technology.
