With such CRL rank you can apply for JOSAA counselling because you have chances to get some GFTIs on such rank that are discussed below on the basis of previous year's cut-off.

Now on such CRL rank you can have chances in following colleges based on your JEE-Main rank :-

North Eastern Hill University, Shillong

Mizoram University

GKV - Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar

NIFTEM - National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonepat
