Your rank is a little high. It'll be difficult to get a seat. however is a list of colleges and their cutoffs where you can get seat :

College of dharwad : 11000 to 14000
Sericulture college chintamani : 12000 to 14000
College of agriculture raichur : 10000 to 17000

You can try these or other colleges that give merit based admission
