I hope you are doing well. Yes, you can get a seat for CSE branch in Bangalore with this rank as you belong to 2A category. For 2A category, the cutoff rank will be slightly better when compared to GM category. But with this rank, you cannot expect to be landed in top colleges. You can get a seat in a good college or in an average college. Just visit KEA website and download the PDF of previous year cutoff rank and search for each colleges in internet. Main things you need to look after is the placement records and facilities if each colleges or your desired college in Bangalore. The link is given below.
