Hi, i don't think with this rank you will be  getting a good college but if you want to pursue btech. then you can wait and appear for competitive exams again and do better. But if you don't want any wastage of time go for BCA as BCA candidates also has ample opportunities in IT sector or you can also go for MCA for more opportunities.
