Hello Shravana,
Since you rank is within 10k which is 8754 you will get government seat in the mid tier colleges. The course will be in the range of 3-5 years. The average fee would be in the range of 7000-33000 Rupees. You can complete the bvsc course in government or private sector of your choice. Also the fees will be reduced for you per semester since your ranking is within 10k.
