Well, you may secure a seat in Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, Kerala in your preferred  course of Electrical And Electronics Engineering, but in the 3rd round since according to last years' closing ranks, the 3rd round closing rank was nearly 8.9k. So, you have chances , but slightly difficult in the initial counseling rounds.
