your KEAM score is average which is 65% of total score (480).  Your 12th score is good. to calculate  final keam score :- 50% of keam mark and score from PCM will be considered.

Your general rank will be near to 5k-6k approximately as per previous year date. it may change with a great factor considering current year variables.

You can apply for top university or government college. for different branch, keam rank cutoff will be different so it is difficult to say.
