Based on previous years’ cut-offs, the closing rank for EWS category in government dental colleges was usually below 7000. So, your chances are very low for a government BDS seat under state quota.

You may try for private BDS colleges or look for options in All India Quota if available.

Sorry, but it's very hard for you to get a seat at Government BDS College in Kerala with a rank of 20692. Even in the last round it's very unlikely that you will get a seat. If you are in the EWS category, you may get a 10% reservation, and then you can try for the BDS course in govt. colleges. But, if you still don't get any colleges, you may try private colleges if you need urgent admission.
