Yes, you are definitely eligible for the counseling round at KIIT depending on the branches available along with the availability of seats.

The university conducts counseling of candidates based on the cutoff list that is prepared by the institute, KIIT every year after KIITEE so it is mandatory to keep an eye on the official website too. Candidates will be called for counseling of KIITEE 2019 based on the cutoff list prepared by the institute. Candidates who complete the counseling is offered admission for their selected subject and they pay the admission fees securing their admission in that particular branch. So admission is basis availability of seats too.

And for your rank, you would easily get the call for counseling in any of the branches.
