I would like to tell you that as there is a 5% reservation in NEET exam for persons with disability (PwD) you can apply for MBBS counselling. As per NEET 2020 PwD reservation policy candidates will be eligible to avail the quota if the minimum degree of disability is 40% or more, candidates must hold a certificate of disability in order to be eligible for reservation.
