With 508 marks, you can expect a rank around 17k-25k. With this rank unfortunately, it is difficult to get admission in Government medical colleges. 

However, you can definitely get admitted in private colleges with 508 marks but they demand large donations. Private colleges in MP, UP, etc. have lower fees than other private medical colleges.
