As you will be knowing that in round 2 of seat allotment, the remaining seats will be filled.

In this round, the allotment on the newly added seats, unfilled seats, surrendered seats, and forfeited seats will be done. One can check their preference in seat options till the Seat allocation round 2 introduces.

And if any aspirant has participated in the round I of seat allocation in KCET then also he can apply for round II but the candidate who did not enter any choice in the round I will not be eligible to participate in round II.

So, as per as the rule you are not eligible to participate in the second round.

KEAM counselling procedure follows the same rules as NEET counselling . And as per NEET Guidelines , only the candidates who participated in first round of counselling but were not allotted a seat , can participate in second round of counselling. Since you have not participated in first round of counselling , you can not participate in second round of counselling .

Yes. You can take part in second round of counseling. The second round of counselling is done to fill the seats left after first round .
There is another mop up round of counselling to fill the seats left after third cur off.
