This year, the cutoff score for a General category candidate is 176 and as per the previous trends, here are the cutoff scores for a General candidate over the rounds - 

• Round 1 - 144
• Round 2 - 140.85
• Round 3 - 140
• Round 4 - 128

As you can see, the cutoff scores are higher than in previous years. But even so, we can see that the cutoff had dipped a lot in the 4th round. You seem to have a slight chance, but it's better to keep looking for other institutes as well along with waiting patiently for the rounds.
