Sorry to say but with 82 marks you are not even clearing cut off which is 50% percentile for general nd 40% for obc/sc/st and 45% for PH category. 82 marks are too less to get any college whether private or govt. Since you are not clearing cut off you might not get bds seats also. So chose different field of career or drop a year to prepare harder.

You have scored extremely low in the entrance exam.I believe ,with this marks you have not even qualified the exam .
You can not get any college in West Bengal or in any other state with this marks.
I would suggest, prepare again for the exam,perform well and then get a seat of your choice.
