You have not mentioned about your reservation category , because the seat allotments are also done on the basis of reservation ,
Considering the previous year's Cutoffs ,
If you belong to General category then you may not get Govt MBBS seat but if you belong to reservation category then you might get seat in RAICHUR INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, as its Cutoff was 338 ,
And you may get seat in some dental colleges like :-
1. ESIC dental college, gulburga.
2. Govt dental college and research institute, bellary .
3.  Govt dental college, bangalore.
