My marks in NEET is 440,will I get seat in government medical college in 2nd counseling,under state quota?

you will definitely get a college with 440 score which well above qualifying score of 119 where as state quota will help you as well,  for more information please refer to the link below :

If you belong to a general category then your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is difficult as your marks are low but you will surely get a seat in private medical colleges.i hope this information helps you.
