This is because if the reason that, there were few doubtfull questions present in the physics and chemistry sections of the NEET paper 2019.

And after the release of official answer key of NEET 2019,The examination authority, National Testing Agency provided an opportunity to the candidates to challenge the official answer key, and this resulted in the variation of marks as calculated through office answer key and the marks obtained in the result seat.

May be this is the possibile reason for your marks variation in NEET examination.
