sorry to say at this score you can not get any government colleges, let along tier 1 private colleges like techno india, heritage institute of technology , meghnad saha, netaji subhas, iem kolkata  etc. now there is many tier 2 and tier 3 colleges in west bengal which has no good placement record , less number of faculty, no extra curricular activities.. so you need to think again, or you may appear in jee main april session exam and try to get better score.
